 RIFC’s mission is to provide a high-quality early learning experience for children ages 12 months to 5 years in a warm, nurturing, and culturally relevant environment. We are committed to creating a welcoming space where every child is valued, supported, and encouraged to learn, grow, and explore. 

 RIFC's vision is to provide a high-quality Dual Language, multingual, bicultural, Reggio Emilia inspired early childhood program that fosters the holistic development of each child within the context of their home culture and language.
